    Chopped black olives are associated with Provençal flavours for a rich blend of tastes. Black olive flesh is a summer blend with extra virgin olive oil, dried figs, Modena PGI balsamic vinegar and nuts.

    100% natural, without preservatives, additives or colouring agents, these recipes have been elaborated by hand in Provence, by a meticulous process of dosing and cooking in a cauldron. A must for summer gourmet aperitifs!

    Food pairings: On toasts, ciappe, bruschetta, with raw vegetables, or with white meats.
