    Our artisanal biscuit factory in Forcalquier offers you a new range of savory canistrellis for the aperitif. Biscuit made from flour, white wine and olive oil, canistrelli comes from Corsica where it was a shepherd's biscuit in the Middle Ages. It has developed and evolved over time. We offer you this crunchy cookie in its salty version with black olives.

    Ingredients: Wheat flour, olives 21% (black olives, water, salt, acidity corrector : citric acid), olive oil 13,2%, wine (sulphites), baking powder (wheat starch, baking powder: sodium bicarbonate, monopotassium tartrate), fine salt. May contain traces of nuts. Store in a cool dry place, away from light and heat.
