Our fruit jellies are made from fruits of French origin: raspberry from France, quince from Drôme Provençale, pear from Haute-Provence, apricot from Provence, fig from Haut Var and clementine from Corsica.

  • About the product

    Our fruit jellies are produced at the Confiserie Leblanc in Banon in Haute-Provence. Fruit, sugar and fruit pectin are heated in a cauldron. A fter cooking, these fruit jellies are spread out, dried and then cut manually with metal cords.

    This metal box contains an assortment of 30 squares of fruit jellies with 6 fruits:

    • Raspberry from France
    • Quince from Drôme Provençale
    • Pear from Haute-Provence
    • Apricot from Provence
    • Fig from Haut Var
    • Clementine from Corsica

    Ingredients: fruit 50% (apricot pulp 17%, pear pulp 8%, quince pulp 8%, fig 8%, clementine 4%, raspberry 4%), sugar, glucose syrup, gelling agent: pectin, natural fruit flavors (apricot, pear, fig, raspberry), acidifier: concentrated lemon juice. Fruit from France. May contain traces of milk and nuts.
