A sweet version of a Corsican biscuit.
Located in Haute-Provence, in a 19th century former industrial building at the entrance to the town of Forcalquier, the Biscuiterie de Forcalquier makes all its products with naturally low-gluten farmhouse artisanal flour from organic farming.
Biscuit-making workshops are open to the public from spring to autumn.
Ingredients: Organic wheat flour , butter, sugar, egg, lemon peel (0.64%), lemon flavor (0.3%), Camargue fleur de sel. May contain traces of nuts.
