About the product
Our artisanal Biscuiterie in Forcalquier offers you a new range of savory canistrelli for an aperitif. Biscuit made from flour, white wine and olive oil, the canistrelli originates from Corsica where it was a shepherd's biscuit in the Middle Ages. It has grown and evolved over time. We offer you this crunchy biscuit in its salty version with onions & emmental cheese.
The wheat used by La Biscuiterie de Forcalquier comes from regional cereal producers who do not use any pesticide or insecticide treatment. the flour is ground at the Pichard mill, a miller for 7 generations, and located in Haute-Provence.
