This box is destined to the aficionados of the black diamond of cuisine, that is declined in it around 6 products based on a duet of truffles : black truffle and summer white truffle.
It is composed of :
- 1 jar of slices of summer truffle - 50g
- 1 jar of summer truffle salt and its bamboo spoon - 110g
- 1 pack of risotto with black truffle - 250g
- 1 jar of summer truffle mustard - 100g
- 1 bottle of white balsamic vinegar with withe truffle - 100ml
- 1 bottle of olive oil with pieces of summer truffle from Provence - 100ml

Brown your risotto with black truffle a few minutes over a low fire, in a pot with a bit of butter and two minced shallots.
Pour on top of it 250ml of white wine and mix until absorption, then add 50cl of fresh cream and 650ml of water.
Let it all simmer for about 15 minutes until your risotto becomes creamy.
Add a pinch of truffle salt, another of pepper as well as 100g of grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and a drizzle of truffle flavored olive oil.
Savour your truffle risotto with scallops or minced beaf.
