Those almonds coated with black chocolate & a pinch of salt are prepared in cupper cauldrons. It is a long manual work that requires a restless attention because the almonds must be turned with a spoon duringt the chocolate coating phase. The result is crispy thanks to the roasted almond and melting thanks to the black chocolate all gently spiced by the pinch of salt! You will not be able to stop eating them!
Handmade in Haute-Provence by the confectioner Frédéric Leblanc.
Ingredients: dark chocolate 66% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), salted almond 33% (almond, salt 1,5%), coating agent (gum arabic, shellac). Total cocoa content: 22%. May contain traces of nuts and egg.
