Almonds coated with white chocolate anise flavor

These almonds coated with a mixture of white chocolate & of anise essential oil are prepared in copper cauldrons. It's a long manual job that requires constant attention because you have to constantly turn them with a spoon during the chocolate coating. Crunchy with the almond that has been delicately toasted and melting with the chocolate, you won't be able to stop eating it!

Ingredients: 66% white chocolate (cocoa: 33% minimum) (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla powder), almonds 31%, glazing agents (acacia gum, shellac), anise essential oil 1%, concentrates 0.2% (spirulina, apple, safflower, lemon).

May contain traces of nuts and egg.
